SIZING FAQ

 

  1. Wrap a measuring tape around your hip bone line, making sure the tape is parallel to the ground. This measurement determines your waist size.
  1. If your measurements put you between sizes, you may want to consider choosing the larger size unless you prefer snug fit

At The Jock Shop, we operate a fair exchange policy. If the item you bought from us doesn’t look or feel quite as you expected, or is the wrong size, or is damaged in any way, we promise to let you exchange the item for another item in our store. In return, we ask that you:

(a) Return the item in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn;

(b) Drop us an email to let us know what you’d like to exchange the item for; and

(c) Send the item back to us within 14 days of the date of your order.

On top of that, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service and our products. If not, you are welcome to return your unworn item(s) to us within 14 days with its original packaging with tags attached and we will exchange the product for you.

All orders received before 2pm (Singapore) will be dispatched the same working day. All orders   received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All purchases over SGD $75.00 entitles you to FREE Standard Courier delivery (signed for)

 All orders over SGD$150 entitles you to FREE Express Courier service.

 

*any items shipped via SingPost standard delivery does not contain any form of tracking and as such, we would not be able to help much if the package goes missing. If you would like to make sure your package reaches you, please opt for the other delivery services.
