** OMG is an "asian" cut and is much smaller. Rule of thumb, go for 1 size up for OMG. If you usually wear an S,     then you would go for an M.

At The Jock Shop, we operate a fair exchange policy. If the item you bought from us doesn’t look or feel quite as you expected, or is the wrong size, or is damaged in any way, we promise to let you exchange the item for another item in our store. In return, we ask that you:

(a) Return the item in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn;

(b) Drop us an email to let us know what you’d like to exchange the item for; and

(c) Send the item back to us within 14 days of the date of your order.

On top of that, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service and our products. If not, you are welcome to return your unworn item(s) to us within 14 days with its original packaging with tags attached and we will exchange the product for you. 

Orders can take up to 24 hours before they get dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it will no longer be able to cancel the order. If you require a refund, the customer will bare the costs for shipments both ways.

All purchases over SGD $75.00 entitles you to FREE Standard Courier delivery (signed for)

*any items shipped via SingPost standard delivery does not contain any form of tracking and as such, we would not be able to help much if the package goes missing. If you would like to make sure your package reaches you, please opt for the other delivery services.  

*we may also send your packages via courier even if you did not qualify or opt for it. We sometimes do this for security and insurance purposes. IF you want it to be sent via mailbox, please insist in the notes section.

All purchases above SGD $100 entitles you to FREE SingPost standard delivery (basic tracking)  or DHL depending on your country.

All purchases above SGD $150.00 entitles you to FREE DHL Express delivery to most countries.
