        Your privacy is important to us. We package all orders discreetly in tamperproof postage bags. You won't find our name on the packaging or any details of the items you have ordered. For international orders, we put “mens apparel" on the customs declaration. If you pay by card, “TJS Limited” appears on your card or bank statement.

        USA

        We use USPS for all domestic orders and it is FREE except for orders for Bareback and Beyond tees.  Average shipping time is 2 - 5 business days. 
        Bareback and Beyond tees will take approximately 5-8 business days to reach you. 

         

        Canada & Mexico

        We use USPS for all orders to Canada and Mexico. Average shipping time is 4 - 7 business days. Shipping is $9.50 but free on orders over $50.

         

        Bareback and Beyond tees will take approximately 5-8 business days to reach you. 

         

        International

        We use USPS for all international orders. Average shipping time is 7-14 business days. Shipping is $15.50 but free on orders over $125. 
        Bareback and Beyond tees will take approximately 7-14  business days to reach you. 

         

        Customs and duties

        Orders to some international destinations may be subject to local taxes, fees or other charges. The recipient of the goods (which might not be the person who ordered them) will be asked to pay these charges when the goods arrive. It is a good idea to check the import taxes and charges in the destination country before you place your order.

        Returns

        You can cancel your order or return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if each item:
        Is in its original (unworn) condition along with the tags and labels
        Please send us an email at info@thejockshop.com with your name and order number.
        We will reply with instructions. Please remember to use suitable packaging to protect the item in the post and note that you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us
        We do not do refunds for Bareback and Beyond Tops because they are made to order.
